Erin Schneider started her career as an Early Childhood Education teacher. She began pet-sitting as a part-time endeavor in 2004.
Erin started working with reactive dogs when her own dog, Butch, had issues with many different triggers. She educated herself with DVDs and books from positive reinforcement trainers. Erin has used that knowledge to help rescue and rehabilitate dogs that were otherwise in danger of being euthanized.
In 2017, Erin completed the Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Professional course and became a Certified Training Partner. She adopted Morty in 2021, a rescue who was fearful. Morty is doing well with training and is able to live a less fearful life through positive reinforcement training.
Erin has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a member of the Greater St. Louis Training Club.
